“You have to give to get” – Lisa Fox has lived her life by this motto and continues to define who she is.

Helping people and preparing them for the many challenges of buying and selling property has made Lisa one of Signature’s most active and respected “Go To” agents.

After relocating to South Florida from Connecticut in 1980 Lisa worked for the So. Florida Musicians Association and became Vice President. She was in charge of the Electronic Media Dept. and was involved in the negotiations of the recording contracts which has helped her in Real Estate.

She became a Realtor in the 1980’s and instantly became a top producer specializing in Residential sales in the Hollywood, Hallandale and Aventura areas.

Seven years ago, Lisa joined Hollybrook Realty where her phone never stops ringing. Today, she is part of a highly successful team that offers clients a true “one stop” shop for all their Real Estate needs.

For Lisa, it’s all about preparing and educating her growing stream of referrals and new clients through the entire buying and selling process including staging, organizing, and just being there to help with the emotional and business issues of moving into new home.

Her expertise in the areas of Contract Compliance and Negotiation is well documented. She holds prestigious designations as a licensed Community Association Manager, Certified Residential Specialist and The Graduate Realtors Institute while continuing to broaden her knowledge of the ever-changing marketplace.

Outside of Real Estate, Lisa has been a sponsor in local golf events, Veterans breakfeasts and the Memorial Manor Nursing Home Fundraiser.
