Annamaria Deidesheimer ABR®, RENE, SRS, RSPS

Annamaria (Anna) Deidesheimer brings a significant skill set to Real Estate others do not possess. As a past middle school teacher, college adjunct, and tenure-track Asst. Prof., Annamaria has a solid command of the English language and can communicate effectively and clearly to her customers and to other agents. Moreover, she has a firm grasp on contracts and supplemental documentation. Annamaria knows how to build rapport with others and can comfortably navigate different cultural audiences.

With her paralegal experiences, Annamaria has accrued expertise in legal compliance, contracts, leases, and office management skills to name a few. All are underpinnings of sound Real Estate practices. She is certified/designated as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Accredited Buyer Specialist (ABR®), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and Resort and Second Home Property Specialist (RSPS).

A longtime South Floridian hailing originally from New York, Annamaria completed her primary/secondary studies at Pine Crest School and then completed her collegiate degree in English/Secondary Ed. at Immaculata College (now, University) and a Masters of English from Villanova University. Later, Annamaria returned to Florida from NY for her Ed.S. degree in English Education: Curriculum & Instruction and completed her three-year fellowship at Florida State University. (She was formerly a Ph.D. student but lost three committee members to relocations and made the hard decision to graduate with an Ed.S.)

Annamaria adds experiential learning to her energized attitude by volunteering for Habitat for Humanity®; moreover, in the past, she served on a committee at the Ronald McDonald House (Syracuse, NY) and helped as a Cross-Country jump timekeeper at Red Hills International Horse Trials (Tallahassee) to name a few. She also was appointed and served two years on the local RE Board’s Outreach Committee which focuses on charitable organizations and fundraising.

Currently, she is working on securing her NC real estate provisional broker license and once obtained, she will link with a broker in the Asheville area and work on referrals for starters. She will focus on the Asheville and nearby areas with an interest in residential and vacation home properties. An avid photographer, Annamaria also enjoys reading, gardening, tennis, equestrian and outdoor activities, and she loves to travel. She has a special interest in serving the local luxury home/rental market as well as the vacation/second home market.
