Blanca Degarr-Masci is a seasoned Realtor who listens intently to her clients' needs and best interests. With over 40 years in TV and film and over 30 years in business and real estate investment, Blanca brings unique expertise to meet your real estate needs. A California native, Blanca's early immersion in her parents' design firm cultivated her business acumen. After relocating to Florida in the '90s, she pursued an MBA while raising five children, now in college. With two decades as a Florida business owner, negotiating entertainment contracts alongside her husband Michael in their premier entertainment agency, Blanca has strong interpersonal and negotiation skills that benefit her clients.

With experience in real estate investment, buying, renovation, and flipping houses with her partners, Blanca's passion for real estate is heartfelt, making helping her clients her top priority. She offers friendly client service and dependability, approaching matters with optimism, professionalism, and empathy.

Believing in following the Golden Rule, Blanca treats all people well. She delights friends and clients with her culinary creations. As the parent of an adult son with autism, she is a vociferous advocate for autism awareness. Blanca and her husband homeschool their youngest son in high school. She volunteered in video broadcasting ministries at Saddleback Church and Christ Fellowship Church, and now volunteers with her husband Michael at Calvary Chapel Ft. Lauderdale, where she serves in production and he serves in the music ministry. They also share a passion for kickboxing, promoting physical fitness and nutrition for overall wellness and imparting this passion to their eight children.
