Licensed in 2002, Consuelo Peniza-Rodriguez has over 20 years of successful Residential Real Estate Experience in the state of Florida. She lives, works and raises her family in Pembroke Pines, FL since 1998.

Consuelo understands the Miami market "melting pot" like the palm of her hands. Originally born in Venezuela, Consuelo is fully bilingual. At a very early age her parents, immigrants from Spain and Cuba respectively, decided to try new horizons, moving their entire family to the United States when she was 5 years old. Later on, when Consuelo graduated from College in 1995, she moved to Puerto Rico for 3 years to later return to Miami.

CONSUELO has a College degree in Mass Communication, an MBA with a major in Marketing and an Internet Specialist Designation "e-PRO®" that allows her to market your property online through social media and all other search engines, providing you with the best exposure digitally as well as on paper and any other traditional forms. Consuelo is also a SFR® Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certified Specialists. As a real estate agent, she is member of The MIAMI Association of Realtors, who represents nearly 50,000 professionals and is the largest local Realtor association in the U.S.
