Dylan Joseph Damian

Dylan Damian knows South Florida.

This Pittsburgh, PA native’s lifelong familiarity with area real estate qualifies him today as one of Signature’s premier agents of choice.

 During his formative years, Dylan would initially gain firsthand real estate experience assisting in his family’s extensive Property Management holdings.

A passion for learning and growing his own portfolio led to further opportunities.

He would be honored as a Dean’s List student at Robert Morris University’s School of Business.

At Pittsburgh’s Standard Bank, he would intern in the company’s Investment division.

M.J. Kelly Realty, Corp., a prestigious Management, Appraisal and Sales Company,  would offer him an opportunity to expand his knowledge of local “Steel City” markets by analyzing residential CMA reports.

For years after accompanying his family to South Florida, Dylan would permanently relocate in 2017 and re-connect with DCE, owners of area residential and commercial properties for over 50 years.

He learned to help manage the family-owned properties before earning his Real Estate Sales Associate license and joining the Signature team in 2021. 

With the experience he has had with tenants over the years, his attention to detail is a huge asset where accuracy is paramount to ensure a desired result.    

 As an experienced, decision-making negotiator, Dylan is defined by his ability to clearly communicate vital information to clients and customers and focus on their Real Estate concerns throughout the entire buying, selling, listing and investing process.

He remains an active learner with future plans to become a Real Estate Broker who will continually set realistic and attainable career goals while fostering a sense of community awareness throughout South Florida and beyond.

Outside of Real Estate advising and in his free time, Dylan maintains a passion for exotic cars, watching sports, traveling, and spending time with family, friends and his dog Gem.
