Born and raised in the Maryland/Washington, D.C. area, Harvey received his BS in Business Management/Finance from the University of Maryland in College Park. He attained a second Bachelor degree in Hotel/Restaurant Administration, and later an MBA in Marketing Management from Baruch College in NYC while working full time in various management and financial positions in the hospitality industry.
