Peter Feldman

Peter Feldman, who is a Florida licensed Attorney, brings years of experience in representing small businesses as an in-house and outside legal counsel. Recently, Mr. Feldman successfully represented the seller, Strobes-R-Us, Inc., in a multi-million-dollar acquisition by Spartan Motor (Nasd: SPAR), a publicly traded company. Prior to joining Signature Commercial Real Estate group, Mr. Feldman was a business broker with VR Business Brokers of Boca Raton.

Mr. Feldman holds a B.S. degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University, J.D. and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University. He is a member of the Florida Bar, Washington DC Bar, Southern District of Florida, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
