Scott Richards

Scott was a proprietor of a successful business for more than 30 years and is now a licensed realtor for the last seven years. Scott’s greatest ability is his success with negotiations for the buyers, sellers or investors and rapidly closing the deals. Growing up in Boston, Scott received his MBA at Boston University, loves to play golf and working with people.

Scott chose to join Signature Real Estate because of their success with their innovated marketing process as well as being the largest growing real estate company in south Florida.
